The year 1987 saw the Giants beat the Broncos in the Superbowl, Guns & Roses release legendary album “Appetite for Destruction”, the arrival of vis-air in the now classic Air Max 1, and this movie which is the latest to keep me from sleep.

Glenn Close plays “Alex Forest” and definitely ranks up there with creepiest females of our time…not sure how she lost the Academy Award to Cher. Although she’s a definitely a rival as far as creepiness, there’s no shot anyone could have beat out Glenn Close’s performance. Her ability to master violent outbursts, silent rage, and awkward smiles that were skin crawling actually made me think back to Heath Ledger’s “Joker”. (High 5 to anyone who photoshops that idea for me)

Anyway – just a quick flick recommendation to keep you busy, or in my case – distraction from another Amazin’ Mess collapse.
