Nikes for you female fiends
Since we cater to both males and females here and carry product for both gender we here a lot of complaints. The majority of them sound like this “They don’t come in men’s sizes?? That’s wack!!”
I have to say I understand…especially with releases like this - the latest Nike 6.0 Wmns Dunk High. Super soft grey fleece upper… I can almost feel the comfort just from looking at them. Curse my big feet!
Also from 6.0 for girls is this Mogan Jr. Always a popular model, this colorway is spot on. Crinkled satin on the upper is a nice touch of course.

Another 6.0 in kids sizes we received is the Mogan Mid Jr., the usual color pops from the 6.0 color palette make this shoe a banger!

Also…in a sharp contrast to Jay-Z’s “brown duffle bag” he thanked on “Roc Boys…Nike comes out colorful with these light and bright Raceday Duffle bags. Available in 2 different sizes and various colors, these have all the pockets and stylings for you to stash your essentials and be on the move…

5 commentsFebruary Nike drops
Here are some more Nike releases for the month of February…
I’ll start with my favorite and that’s the Dunk High - “Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics” in a white/navy/gold/red colorway that should be reminiscent to those still fond of the Olympic Air Jordan 7’s…
Even though it will mean the NHL is on a break, I’m pretty damn excited for the Winter Games to begin!
If you don’t have over $1,000 or so laying around looking to find a pair of “Danny Supa” SB Dunk Lows, this might be your next best thing. Very similar colorway with different paneling - this has a little bit of nylon in the midsection and tongue, but also uses soft pebbled leather to fulfill it’s old school feel.
Kids…or ladies lucky enough to fit into kids sizes - we got a dope one for you too.I personally love everything about this shoe. While you’re looking at it, take it all in…a cool mix of greys, a neptune blue swoosh, a bright yellow mid-sole, patterned laces, that hot hit of pink on the tongue tag, and the futuristic Tron-like grid pattern on the upper!! This shoe is close to perfect…mens sizes would have made it flawless!
Back to what is available in Men’s sizes - a Blazer Mid ND. Dipped mostly in red there are mixes of soft and patent leather, but the upper mostly consists of a thick textured mesh fabric. Clean and extreme…
And earlier today you saw the “Kill Bill” Auto Flight Highs, but here is the same model in a more subtle colorway that still contains plenty of character. The purple diamond quilted interior is the highlight…

1 comment“KILL BILL” x Kobe Bryant - Big Nike High & Auto Flight High
Kobe Bryant of the current NBA Champion Los Angeles Lakers has some things in common with me. He enjoys nutella, is a cinephile, and his favorite movie happens to be Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill”…a favorite of mine as well.
Nicknamed the “Black Mamba“, Kobe Bryant’s favorite movie and lethal nickname provided the inspiration behind the Big Nike High and Auto Flight High below. In addition to being an incredibly dangerous snake, “Black Mamba” was also the nickname for of the most deadly member of the “Deadly Viper Assassination Squad”, played by Uma Thurman.
The Big Nike High’s colorway is quite obvious with the upper also receiving a splattering of blood - most likely from the blade of a Hattori Hanzo sword! The Auto Flight High comes with a mixed nubuck/leather upper and a classy vulcanized bottom.
The in-soles also feature Black Mamba’s infamous “Death List”, with a little Kobe-twist to it. Last year’s NBA championship defeat was over the Boston Celtics - leaving Ray Allen and Paul Pierce to be the first 2 names crossed off Kobe’s list. Will #’s 3, 4, and 5 be next?

12 commentsAF1 High Supreme “Futura”
On to the next one, in the Futura 2000 AF1 Be True series. This Orangemen inspired AF1 High Supreme makes use of the same perforations as the low top, however with luxurious gray nubuck. Futura made is own rendition of the Syracuse Orangemen and cleverly implemented it as a lace-lock as well as a graphic in the translucent sole. Tying it all together are the blue/orange multicolored confetti camo laces.
Available now in limited quantities. For more info click the pics or hit us up at 1.516.632.5150 / extrabutterny@gmail.com.

No commentsAdidas Originals Tech Pack and Ciero
Adidas is back with a sick “OT-Tech Pack” that screams of sophistication, and yes…they’re clean.
Taking their most classic and original models their “tech pack” transformation involved being dipped in basic black and white. Only on the back heel do you see the blue color pop (and the Sambas come with additional blue laces). Clean white full out-soles, with black uppers made of that butter leather, and nubuck accents on the 3-stripes and heel.
We brought in the Stan Smith 80 and the Samba…both are styles that instantly take you back (unless you’re a youngin’).
Also in from Adidas is a simple forest green colored Ciero. The shoe has a nice cushion in the tongue, and a strong supportive feel around the side. Traditionally a skate model, while it does feature the comfort features that lend best to skaters, the shoe is lightweight and without bulk. Gold foil accents on the name branding and trefoil tongue tag. This is officially my new shoe!

No commentsDJ AM x DJ PREMIER x NIKE
The latest in the Nike rivalry story involves 2 of the best DJ’s to ever bless the 1’s and 2’s…. DJ Premier and the late, great DJ AM.
I remember a little over 5 years ago seeing AM spin at a spot in NYC and was bewildered by his set. Not only did he consistently cross musical genres so effortlessly with unique mash-ups and blends, but it was the first time I really saw and heard any DJ do it with the speed and sophistication that he did. Prior to his passing, DJ AM designed this Dunk High Premium for a special collection that features his signature AC/DC-flipped logo on the top of the tongue and printed on the insole, fancy patent leather, and hidden 3m reflective on the back. The black/red colorway was meant to mimic one of AM’s favorite sneakers of all the time (and perhaps the greatest) - the original black/red Air Jordan 1.
His opponent in this rivalry - DJ Premier; the man behind the wheels of steel and one half of hip-hop legends Gangstarr. If you think you’re not familiar, you’re wrong. Primo is responsible for unforgettable beat production not only with Gangstarr, but also the likes of Jay-Z, Nas, Jeru the Damaja, Notorious B.I.G. , M.O.P., Common, and a whole lot more. I can tell you right now, I don’t think there’s many DJ’s that can even come close to the thorough catalog of Primo head bangers…
The DJ Premier Air Force 1 Premium is rich in exotic leathers and also highlighted with “Premier” lace-locks, DJ Premier tonal branding on the back heel, and a clear out-sole with turntable monogram underneath.

**Although this is part of a Nike Rivalry/East vs. West collection pack, these shoes DO NOT have to be purchased together, they can be purchased separately, and are available NOW**
