A highly anticipated arrival, the Adidas “O by O” collection has started to flow in. Kicking things off with Kazuki Kuraishi. The famed Japanese designer that is known for his previous work with Bape, Clot, Neighborhood, etc., applies his style to the Adidas originals line.

Taking a core ZX sole, Kazuki a shoe that has the hybrid styling of a moccasin, boat shoe, and chukka, forming the ZX KZK. Fine details galore on this one, and you’d be silly if you questioned the comfort at all. Trying these on might lead to an instacop! Stay tuned for more “O by O” on the way….

Closing out the month of July with another Nike quickstrike, the Lunar Air 180 has arrived and releasing this Saturday, July 31st, in limited quantities of course. Keeping in-synch with the original Air 180′s ultramarine/bright pink colorway, the shoe gets it’s updates in it’s more breatheable upper and lunar midsole making for a solid update on a true classic!

What is it about Vans that captures the essence of summertime so well? When I think of summer days, I’m already picturing myself lacing up in a pair of Van Doren’s. Is it their California background? Or maybe it’s the activities performed with and promoted by Vans? Regardless of any type of background knowledge, Vans just get it’s right. Picking two of our best summertime-sellers as the choices for this collection, Vans releases Era’s and Zapato Del Barco’s decked in canvas and a buttery sheepskin leather. The leather is labeled as having a “tortoise shell” colorway, with the primary colors lined up as black and dark denim. Last year (and again this year) was the Jones Beach Air Force 1. This year, the Hamptons is up as the next Long Island destination that is paid tribute to on Nike’s Air Force 1. As you can see from the photos the shoe is comprised of a rich white leather that also makes up the midsole. Hamptons logo on the tongue tag, with the ode to Long Island peeking through the iced-out sole on the bottom. Whether you’re into Diddy’s “white” parties or not, it can’t be denied that this is one crispy, clean pair of Air Forces….
