No commentsNike Air Max CB34 – Black/Glass Blue-Metallic Silver-White
After seeing the Glass Blue Air Max 24-7 a post below, you might be digging the blue hue as a stand-out accent color. The Glass Blue is tastefully applied to select regions of the sneaker, including the Swooshes, pull tabs, and air bubbles. Though it might not be a retro colorway, it still retains that classic look. Check it…

1 commentAir Max 24-7 Glass Blue
Photo Blue, Laser Blue, now GLASS Blue. The latest Air Max, the 24-7 gets the blue fix up. The “glass blue” cools out one of this year’s favorite shoes, and makes an appearance in hologram form on the back and piping detail.
Who has all 3?? Maybe THIS guy?

No comments10 Deep Fall 2010 2nd Delivery
With the weather getting just a little bit colder, and the nights getting just a little bit longer, and the 10 Deep Fall mantra W.D.G.A.F ever ringing in our ears we felt like the tone was finally set for us to take the latest 10 Deep Fall 2 drop to the streets for a little late night football.

Saucony Elite: Shadow 5000 by Bodega
We welcome these three new sneakers as part of Saucony’s new Elite division! Saucony Elite is a specialty line primarily designed by the Boston boutique Bodega, with a focus on more limited edition and special releases. Bodega has a long list of collaborations under their belt, but these releases don’t qualify as just a standard collaboration: for the Elite collection Saucony reached out to Bodega for their design instruction, allowing Bodega to apply their own aesthetic upon an emerging new project.
As usual, Bodega doesn’t disappoint; this time around the model of choice is the Shadow 5000. For a color scheme, the shoe takes a classic color blocking combo. As for the Blue/Gray and Green/Gray (more of a teal) selection, the color explores the construction of the silhouette, with a consistent gray toebox meeting the rest of the color-dominant upper. With the red colorway, the upper remains completely tonal with the saturated hue applied over every panel. A cream midsole is assigned to each, adding character and complimenting the deep gold gum-like outsole. To finish it off, a new tongue tag is issued with a wings logo, alluding to Bodega’s previous wing design. This little detail might have been overlooked but is different than those sample images floating around before the release.

1 commentVans Girls – Aleeda and Mirah
2 new Vans for you ladies…
The Aleeda is a low profile, casual shoe that gets its character from the floral print that lines the upper. Very cute.
The Mirah is a suede boot with a buffalo-check printed fleece on the inside. It can roll down too if you prefer…

No commentsAir Max 90 – Laser Blue & Women’s Chukka Moc Fringe
LASER BLUE.
Do I really need to say anything else? You’ve been waiting and here they are, in all it’s gorgeousness…

Also…something funky for women. The Air Moc’s have been rolling out pretty steady for the guy’s lately, especially with last week’s Climber’s Pack quickstrike release. For the ladies, the Air Moc turns into a chukka (have fun saying this world, or is it just me?) boot and gets some fringes streaming from the top. All black suede, and as you can see from the pics, they look pretty fresh on…

9 commentsHuman Centipede – This Friday!
That’s right, ’tis the season for the ghouls and gore. And what better way to kick off this Halloween season by watching the goriest flicks that has caught our attention most recently. This Friday at 9pm we’ll be showing Human Centipede, an eerie thriller that has hopelessly lost damsels, a spooky house and a demonically mad scientist. All the makings of a good old fashioned gore fest, all brought to you be the demented mind of Tom Six.

So this Friday be sure to make your way down to Extra Butter at 9pm sharp, and don’t forget to bring your barf bags because this one is sure to take a few stomachs for a spin. And sorry to leave the kiddies out but this one’s an 18 and over affair. But I’m sure we’ve got something scare the pants off of the little ones too, coming soon.

No commentsHockey Jerseys – GAME ON!!
Maybe some of you saw this coming, maybe some of you didn’t. After the first weekend of the 2010-11 NHL season we got a well-timed delivery of something we’ve been impatiently waiting for…hockey jerseys!!

If you’re unsure of the direct influence sports has had on our culture, then you’ve got to learn my friend. Before streetwear was bought, sold, categorized, and popularized, believe it or not…it was actually dictated and worn in the streets. Well-known icons made bold fashion statements with the classic stylings of a hockey jersey, wearing some of the most beautifully designed and well-respected logos in all of sports. Don’t believe me? See below for just a small sampling of unforgettable images. If you can remember what it was like back then, there are wayyy way more, believe me.

So now it’s 2010 and we’re excited to bring in a a limited assortment of Reebok Premier NHL jerseys to join the rest of the streetwear looks we currently house. I invited some fellow hockey enthusiasts down to have a little fun with the new gear. Make sure to check the rest of the photos by clicking the “Read More” below….
