As we move further and further into everyone’s favorite season, more and more “winterized” shoes are starting to show up at the store. This time around we have a winterized version of the Nike Hachi that is ready to laugh in the face of Old Man Winter.

So an exciting past week or so it’s been…exciting past few years really. We hope to only keep that train going as we close at this year and embark onto the next. This past week really has been amazing though from the overwhelming response to our “Extra Butter Black Friday Premium” Snapbacks release, to the wildness throughout the day and night of our 4 Year Anniversary/Black Friday, and of course with the #AHCHOO video which is literally everywhere. I must thank you all, and remind you to stay tuned as the full version of the video will be dropping shortly, along with some other goods we’ve recently received at the shop. OH, and I know people are waiting on a photo recap of Friday…soon soon!

Anyway, here’s some random things I felt like sharing….

So my homey AK the God came through the other day. Not playing around as usual as he walked out the proud owner of BOTH the new Premium Snapbacks. He also taught me the term “Chipper Jones”…

And speaking of recap – another friend of our’s Frank the Pilot was in attendance Friday night, sneaking around with various technology grabbing some review footage of his own. Also – remember back in the summer when we gave a closer look into our “Wet Hot Buttery Summer” collection? Well…does this photo make a little more sense now?

With a frenzy of Air Jordan Retro 3′s right around the corner, Jordan brand decided to drop a pair of AJ3 grade school exclusives in a Cool Grey colorway to wet some appetites in the meanwhile. This Cool Grey Flip colorway is the second “Flip” colorway to be released, the original men’s style was released back in 2007. The blend of cool grey and neutral grey get a punch of color from the vibrant Blue Glow accents found throughout the shoe.

This Friday, Black Friday, we’ll be having a double header of all black everything action. On top of all of the Black Friday festivities that we have planned for this Friday we’ll be having two pretty big sneaker releases. The highly anticipated Air Jordan Retro 3 Black/Cement will finally be available this Friday morning at 9am. Also being released is the latest in the Nike Foamposite series, the Total Air Foamposite Max in the Black/Anthracite colorway is sure to make some noise for this Fall/Winter. AND, just in case you live under a rock from the blogosphere and missed these – our EB Black Friday Premium Snapbacks make for a nice pairing with the shoes below.

I always love it when two classics come together, which is what makes the fusion of Jim Henson’s Muppet’s and Adidas so special. On the cusp of the Disney release of “The Muppet Movie,” Adidas has collaborated on the release of a few key Muppet characterized sneakers for some of your favorite puppet personalities. It’s only right that Adidas saved their most iconic sneaker for the most iconic Muppet, Mr. Kermit the Frog himself.
