Adidas x Jeremy Scott Fall/Winter ObyO Streetball, SLM, and apparel
Introducing…Boss Senken. Our homey runs the streets around these parts, and with that – he’s also got the kind of style and taste we all wish we had at his young age. Being a good friend of ours and a fan of the brilliance that is Jeremy Scott’s work with the Adidas Originals by Originals program – the Boss tried out the pieces of the latest Fall/Winter collection for the photos you’ll see below.
For footwear we have the JS Streetball – a lightweight basketball silhouette that gets the full Jeremy Scott transformation fusing bold colors, leopard print, and one of my favorite toebox’s in sneaker history. Boss Senken also gave the JS SLM’s a whirl, which is a slimmed down version of a classic bowling shoe with a traditional Stan Smith gum outsole.
On the apparel side we have statement making pieces in the camouflage t-shirt, bullet crewneck and sweatpants (sold seperately), and the coup de grace of the collection – the reversible bomber jacket. That’s enough I’d say, we’ll let Boss Senken and the photos do the talking from here….enjoy!!

1 commentAdidas Originals for October – Pro Models, Gazelles, Sambas, and more!
Originals in the house!! Had to say something old school to keep the feel true for this Adidas drop…
Starting out with my personal fave – the Gazelle OG in this beautiful burgundy. If you saw the Bo Jackson Trainer SC II’s that we posted earlier in the week, but the shoe seems too robo-technical for you, the Gazelle OG is simplicity personified.
We also received the OG version in a clean “sharp grey”, and the Gazelle 2 in a vibrant blue with rich navy stripes.
The AR 2.0 is back in it’s second color – a navy that’s surely a winner for the Fall. Gold metal accents pop off nice against the navy upper.
More of the navy color but this time with the classic Samba. This color goes with a ton of gear at the shop right now, and for the college football U-Michigan fans, this one is perfect.
We also brought the Samba in a unique color, “orange spice” that pair up nice with some of the denim you’ve probably started to break out lately.
Lastly, a true original – the Pro Model is back. This is a legendary shoe whether it comes to basketball, hip-hop, and fashion overall. Available in the classic white/red and black with army green. I’m sure the older gods will be flocking in for these…

3 commentsAdidas Jeremy Scott Bones
In a “Yabba Dabba Doo” mood? Well then we might have just the shoe for you. In a long running series of the most outlandish, extravagant, flamboyant and over the top sneakers out, the mad fashionisto Jeremy Scott is back to his old tricks with his latest release, the Adidas JS Bones. With a very Flintstones-esque aesthetic, the JS Bones at first come off as the love child of Bam Bam and Pebbles with it’s Teal reptile skin and Leopard pattern accents. The key feature of the shoe would have to be the removable 3 bone lace locks that are found on both shoes.
Within Adidas’ Originals by Originals (ObyO) collection, the Jeremy Scott sneakers with their eccentric designs at times have a love/hate mixed review amongst the masses. Love them or hate them one must always respect the level of creativity put into each sneaker, and to Jeremy for somehow tumping each of his prior styles. But with one thing that remains consistent with all of the JS Adidas are their limited stock and accessibility, so I wouldn’t snooze too long on these.

10 new Adidas came in this past week…
The first one is the Zx500 in a new colorway. Love the maroon and baby-blue together.
These are the Adi-Rise Mid which are a new street-inspired look. Featuring heel and forefoot straps.
Also in a new colorway are the Roundhouse Mid. Perfect to play some ball in for the summertime.
Also new are the Rod Lavers in two colorways. One with a Navy bottom sole and also the Green bottom sole. What I found out this past week was that the Rod Lavers are the official hacky-sack shoe.
Gazelle II – The original Gazelle came out in 1968 and is amongst the most favorite Adidas models
Also in are the Adidas Campus II on the left. The Gazelle OG in the middle and the Stan Smith on the right.

No commentsAdidas ObyO Jeremy Scott Ballerinas
The Adidas Originals by Originals programs sees it’s first ladies only shoe to arrive for the Spring/Summer 11 collection, and comes by way of ballerina shoe designed by Jeremy Scott. The JS Ballerinas takes your basic ballerina slipper and fuses it with a wing design as seen on many of Jeremy Scott’s previous releases with Adidas. The wings give the ballerina silhouette an angelic and eye-popping look fit for the spring.

No commentsAdidas ObyO Kazuki releases
Kazuki (KZK) x Adidas Originals by Originals releases really belong in a class all by itself. Much like his ObyO counterpart Jeremy Scott, but in a different way. The volume is surely turned down by comparison, but the refined class and comfort the Adidas classics gets re-designed in is pure freshness.
The ZX Mocc was one of our favorites last year. The woven accent on the toe, tassled laces, big silver D-ring eyelets…all on a buttery suede upper and a comfy ZX outsole. Just look at these on…and peep the back which has some custom plaid peeking out. This is truly an original style, fit for an original individual…
Kazuki also gave new life to the ZXZ model by paying a little tribute to his friend Ian Brown of the legendary Stone Roses. The leather is as buttery as it looks…believe that!
Now this…a beauuuutiful one of a kind fusion between the famed Copenhagen and the Campus. Here we have Kazuki’s creation, the “COPEPAN”. How many times can I say buttery…I mean it’s been twice in this post, but this suede…there is just NO other word. Love love love these – I’ll let you see the little treat inside when you peep them in person, but Kazuki smashed these…and the above. ::catches breath::
No commentsJeremy Scott x Adidas ObyO – JS Wings Moto Pant
Here we go again! In continuation with the JS x Adidas ObyO Spring 2011 drop we just got in probably one of the most inventive pair of trousers that I’ve ever seen. Eccentric designer Jeremy Scott is well know for pushing things to the X-treme, this time he pushes it to the Moto-X. In collaboration with the Originals by Originals Adidas campaign Jeremy Scott does his own take on Motocross pants by tricking them out with his iconic “Wing” attachments and an array of sick and in your face details.
These pants come laced with an assortment of sick lightening and star embroideries, metallic reflective hits throughout the pants, reflective Trefoil logos along the knees and quilted stitching around the calf area. The sleek fitting pants have the trademark JS Wing attached along the front pockets and are able to be snap fastened in the rear for a wrapped around look or you can have the flap free… depending on how “fly” you feel that day.

2 commentsJeremy Scott x Adidas ObyO Spring 2011
JEREMY SCOTT. All caps, because homey is bold as always. This year’s Adidas Originals by Originals include clear Wings, Wings that glow in the dark, the new 2.0 version in black and metallic gold, and even an Adilette Adidas sandal with the wings strap over the forefoot! If you’ve followed us, you know we’re not shy to say that Jeremy Scott is one of the most brilliant designers of our time. Clearly not for everyone, but for those sneakerheads out there who hate on the crazyness…these kicks sell out. They’re a breath of fun and fresh air to a market that I feel could definitely ease up and take itself a little less serious these days. Hopefully when most people start, until now – copping sneakers was fun!
So I mentioned the Wings variations above, but let’s start with his new creation – the JS Bear! Super soft stuffed animal fur with an actual head and arms up top, Snuggle Fabric Softener style…
Have a look at the collection and keep in mind some of the styles are available for both men and women, but are extremely limited! Make your moves asap…
