Nike Air Trainer Max ’91 – “Bo Knows”

Paying homage to Bo Jackson’s massive career with both Nike and the Oakland Raiders, these Air Trainer Max ’91′s are a must cop for any fan of football, Bo Jackson, or just dope sneakers in general. You can never have too much 3m and these trainers are pushing that statement to the limit by cloaking the whole upper in 3m reflective material (doing so with much success I might add). And taking us back to the classic Nike adds, the term “Bo Knows” spelled out across the mid strap. Tying things up with the Raiders shield on the back, and the matching number 34 tee with mirrored black and silver cracked print, these Nike Air Trainer Max’s serve as mementos to Bo Jackson’s career, and cultural influence.

Summer 2013 Women’s Toms

Women’s Toms just cannot stay on our shelves. Thankfully we recently received a bunch of great colorways and styles to satisfy the needs of our these Toms fiends. The Crochet classics are a great example of something you can dress up or keep it casual, depending on the outfit. The crocheted pattern keep your feet cool and comfy too, and the great colors available can really add some variety to ones wardrobe.

While the Classics are great due to their vesalitility, if you’re looking for a pair to wear out at night and have a more sophisticated look, than one of Toms many wedges are for you. Nike Lebron X Elite Sport Turquoise & Lebron X Low “Sprite”

Lebron X color ways continue to impress with both these sport turquoise and the “sprite” themed color ways. The sprite colored low top is definitely a more simple silhouette especially compared to its high top counterpart. Coming with an extra set of bright spotted laces, these lows are a perfect pair to add some color and set off an outfit.

Speaking of bright colors, the Lebron X Elite in sport turquoise is killin’ it on the color spectrum as well. The textured bright swoosh against the speckled carbon fiber hits on the upper immediately caught my eye. It’s the little details on this shoe that really make it great, such as the textured tongue and Lebron crown logo tongue tab. All these details add up to contribute to a dope looking ball shoe. Perfectly timed too, as Lebron and the rest of the Miami Heat are currently battling it out with the Indiana Pacers in the playoffs, and after watching Lebrons performance last night in game 1, I gotta tell you, my moneys on the Heat.

Reebok Answer DMX 10

Man, I can say that when I see the return of Allen Iverson’s Reebok Answer DMX 10, better known as the “Answer 1″, it reminds me so much of my late elementary, early junior high school career run. I definitely remember sleepin’ on ‘em when I first caught glimpse of them (I was young, dumb and dressed like a bum lol!) but I always seemed to catch myself looking at my classmates feet when I saw them usually dirty and beat, but it gave that aura of something special.

Now that it has returned in true form I can gladly say that I’m not slipping up and sleeping this time around. From the dark, glittered outsole that gives more of a “rusty from countless battles” kind of look, to the DMX 10 foundation, to the “I3″ logo, and of course Iverson’s name written down the tongue, the nostalgia of that period of time for me just comes rushing back and I’m happily embracing it with open arms.

“Poison Green” what a fierce color name, and after seeing how mean it makes these Air Max 95′s look, it’s easy to see why its dubbed with such an intimidating name. Having the Dynamic Flywire treatment, these 95′s feature a 360 sole, accenting the lace colors, and the Flywire peeking through the grey mesh upper.

Definitely an interesting and unique colorway especially for a shoe that has seen almost every color under the sun.

Lunar Presto – Neo Turquoise/Volt

A few weeks ago we received some pretty dope Lunar Presto’s, and while both had some bright accents, they were predominately dark colored shoes. That being said, we’ve just received a new pair draped in some seriously awesome bright colors.

These neo turquoise and volt pair are an ideal pick up for anyone trying to turn some heads or just aiming to keep comfort at an all time high while looking good doing so. Its a weird feeling when the top part of the shoe creates such comfort (due to the thick, sock-like upper), a feeling that needs to be incorporated into more shoes. If you’ve never tried on a pair of Prestos before, I definitely recommend slipping these on, because if the look alone doesn’t sell you, the feel will.

With summer quickly approaching Nike Basketball provides us with another summer appropriate low top model of the KD V Elite. Though OKC’s playoff season this year was short lived, there is something to be said about these KD’s. The little details like the dynamic flywire, quilt stitched tongue, and carbon fiber heel both add to the sneaker both in terms of performance and style.
