| Authenticity Extra Butter only sells 100% authentic dead stock products. We do not deal with variant or fake items on any level. Our inventory is supplied by well known authorized retailers, both domestic and international. All products come with their original boxes and packaging, including Retro and/or Authenticity cards (when applicable). We guarantee that every purchase will meet any customer’s standard of quality and genuineness. Payment Extra Butter accepts credit card and bank payments via Paypal. Paypal is worldwide trusted company of eBay and is based on a 100% secure server. Customers without a Paypal account will be creating one as you go through the payment process. All customers must place their orders with a confirmed address to ensure the protection of Flavor Society and its customers. Shipping Extra Butter ships purchases via United States Postal Service (Priority and Express) and FedEx (Ground, Air and Express). All products and handled and wrapped with care, as we understand some of these items are collectibles and should be delivered in as pristine condition as possible. Domestic shipping and handling is a flat rate of $14 USD, with no additional charges for any additional items purchased within a single order. All single domestic purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and delivered within 24-48 hours of received payment. Most multiple item orders are sent through FedEx Ground Service. These orders will include insurance up to $100, and will be delivered within 3-6 days of received payment.
Once the order is processed, you will receive an email confirming its shipment, as well as a tracking number. This tracking number can also be obtained through your paypal account. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Domestic orders take about 2-4 days, while international orders take about 3-5 days from payment. Extra Butter is not liable for any items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. Once the products leave our warehouse, the shipping company holds full responsibility. In the event of a product being lost or damaged, we will help by filing all necessary paperwork to initiate an investigation within the shipping company. Replacement products or refunds are not issued until investigation is complete and claim has been issued and paid. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Due to low margins, all sales are final. If for some reason we mistakenly send the wrong color, size or style from the order actually placed, the problem can easily be resolved once we are notified. In an event of a refund, payment will be refund according to method of payment when order was placed. Paypal purchases are refunded immediately. Credit card purchases are refunded back to your card, typically taking up to 5 days to show up on your statement. eChecks are only refunded when check is cleared. Exchanges are done on an individual basis and are not always guaranteed. Exchanges can only possible within 10 days of the original purchase date. Once an exchange is approved, a restocking fee of 20% of each exchanged item will be charged to the customer. Customers are also responsible for any further shipping costs. For any order that is cancelled, there is a $5.00 fee for each item cancelled within the order. Extra Butter is not liable for any items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.
