OVERVIEW

All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and a tracking number has been applied. We cannot alter the delivery in any way once shipped. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following business day. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Local Delivery orders are hand-delivered via our Extra Butter van for a flat-rate charge of $10. For orders of $250+ local delivery is FREE!

Transit times to Military APO/FPO/DPO will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee.

In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.

If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping or cover return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping rates for domestic orders are calculated upon checkout. Prices may decrease or increase depending on products or quantity being purchased. Contact us if you need more information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via USPS.
