OVERVIEW

All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following business day. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

All domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses are shipped via UPS SurePost.

UPS SurePost combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.

International (USPS): 5-21 business days

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following business day.

Transit times to Military APO/FPO/DPO will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee.

In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.

If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping or cover return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Prices may decrease or increase depending on products or quantity being purchased.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer White Glove Delivery Service to New York customers within a limited radius of our retail locations.

Orders are hand-delivered via our Extra Butter van for a flat-rate charge of $10. For orders of $250+ local delivery is FREE!

Any scheduled deliveries that are affected due to adverse weather conditions, will be communicated to the customer by our delivery team via phone or email on the date of delivery.

International orders are shipped via USPS.
