SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 24-36 hours of receiving verified payment information. Email orders are fulfilled based on availability at the time the email is checked. All shipped orders will receive an email confirming a tracking number. All orders may be evaluated by our fraud detection services. If your payment is declined, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.

*If there is a delay in verification of your payment information, we cannot guarantee the product will be reserved for shipping.*

The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping courier. We cannot and will not change alter the delivery in any way once shipped. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping and handling rates for domestic orders are calculated upon checkout.

Prices may decrease or increase depending on products or quantity being purchased.

Express shipping will cost $35 or more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

*Nike, New Balance, Vans, The North Face and Timberland products are not available for international shipment*

International orders are shipped via USPS.

If shipment is returned, we will not refund original shipping or cover any return shipping costs.

NOTE: Extra Butter is not responsible for any duty or customs incurred when placing international orders. Please take this into consideration prior to making purchases.

RETURNS

Our Extra Butter policy allows for order cancellations and returns on footwear, clothing, and accessories up to 14 days from the original purchase date for exchange or online credit only.

*An order cannot be cancelled once an item has been processed and a tracking number has been applied.*

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged; Limited releases; home goods; socks; under garments; publications; and all collaborations.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Extra Butter does not pay for return shipping. Returned products cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. In the event you were shipped the wrong item or size or a defective product, please contact us immediately.

Items sent back without a return authorization will be denied. Cancellations and other exceptions to our terms are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
