Here’s a closer look at the Extra Butter x Russ & Daughters x Puma Clyde. The sneaker design features premium leather in Russ & Daughters’ signature crisp white, blue and silver foil accents. The shoe comes to life with its details like the fish icon patch, faux fish scale leather on the heel counter, and “NYC / 1914” print graphics as secondary branding. For the interior, the footbed features the signage art from the original Russ & Daughters storefront, while the backside of the tongue features a woven label noting “A New York City Story by Extra Butter.”

The meticulously designed shoe is packaged in an OG Puma shoebox and are limited to 73 pairs as a call back to the Clyde originally debuting in 1973 for New York Knicks legend, Walt “Clyde” Frazier.

Extra Butter and Russ & Daughters collaborated on a Dickies “Orchard OG’s” capsule to honor the hustle spirit of the original Joel Russ who started his business from a herring barrel on the Lower East Side. Pieces include Dickies classics Eisenhower Jacket, 874 Work Pant, Carpenter Pant and Mechanic Coverall featuring Russ & Daughters branding, embroidered fish icon patch, “Orchard OG’s” chain stitching and Extra Butter labeling.
