The Hidden Hardware PPF Boot is a modified UGG Classic Short, re-engineered with a custom lug sole, metal heel plate, and crampon-inspired metal hardware, transforming a traditionally soft silhouette into a boot thats functional and ready for adventure.

The boot features a custom light sand color with industrial screw-top rivets, a contrast heel panel, and a step-down upper design, blending utilitarian construction details with premium UGG materials.
