A direct reissue of the mid-2001 original, Scar was a landmark of 2000s engineering – the first mixed-material model to fuse a high-wrap silhouette with an intricate metal hinge. This MUZM artifact brings the audacious spirit of our mad scientist past into the present, preserving the design that took the new millennium by storm. Scar features its signature exposed metal hinge mechanism, which integrates the iconic ellipse logo as a definitive act of industrial art. The lightweight O Matter™ frame provides all-day comfort, while the durable metal hinge ensures a solid, premium feel. To shield you from the elements, the original to ric shield lens features Prizm™ lens technology to enhance color and contrast and is cut from Plutonite® to filter out 100% of all UV
